Refund Policy

Summer Camp Policy-


Transfers & Cancellations:

We can transfer your child into another SST Summer camp at no cost (must be same year), if the transfer request is made within 14 days of the first day of camp. Your fee will be refunded minus a $50.00 administration fee, if you cancel your enrollment at least two weeks before the camp starts. Any time later a refund will be made for medical reasons only. Request for refunds must be made within two weeks after camp.


Bullying and Destructive Behavior:

We do not tolerate any bullying or destructive behavior at our camps along with derogatory language. If this occurs, we will communicate with the parents and there will be a warning given at that time. If it occurs again that player will no longer be allowed to attend camp.


Personal Training & Small Group Training Policy-

Personal Training and Small Group packages that are purchased have a NO REFUND policy. We will do our best to accommodate all players to complete their training sessions.  After 6 months from the purchase date, if trainings have not been completed the package will expire. A refund will not be given.


Seasonal Trainings ( Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall)

Our seasonal trainings have a NO REFUND policy.  If trainings are cancelled due to inclement weather we will add make up dates.  If make up dates can not be made during the current season.  Players will be allowed to attend the upcoming seasonal training free of charge for however many sessions were cancelled. (example: If we could not make up 1 Technical Session for our Spring session, you would be able to attend 1 of the Summer sessions we provide free of charge)
